Sensei Adrian Cartand (3rd Dan Goju Ryu) is an active fighter across many competition formats including Karate Point Kumite (Ippon Shobu), Kata, Impact Kumite (Koshiki), Bareknuckle (Kyokushin), Japanese MMA (Kudo), BJJ and Amateur MMA.
He Also holds the Australian record for fastest cage fighting knockout at 6 seconds.
